Hey, I'm Phil Smith and I'm happy you landed on my site. In my 20+ years as a personal trainer, I've helped hundreds of clients achieve real results - like Neil, who lost 18kg of body fat and gained 8kg of muscle. Most clients start seeing changes within 12 weeks, regardless of their starting point.

I've been qualified since 2006 and moved from England to Perth with my family for that brilliant Perth outdoor lifestyle. As a dad of two young kids, I understand how busy life gets - that's why I create realistic programs that fit into your actual life.
